WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-Channahon) today issued the following statement after the Obama administration announced that it will delay another portion of the employer mandate provision in the President’s healthcare law.

“As the unilateral delays continue to pile up, the Administration cannot possibly claim with a straight face that the healthcare law is working as intended. If businesses continue to get reprieves from higher costs and decreased coverage, why can’t families? This entire law needs to be permanently delayed in order to protect all Americans as Congress seeks consensus on bipartisan healthcare reforms.”
