WASHINGTON, DC – After news broke of the bombing of Syria Emergency Task Force offices by Russian militant planes, Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) released the following statement:

 “This attack by the Russian military is another example of Russia’s blatant disregard for humanity, and for Syria’s future.  They’ve bombed hospitals, classrooms, and other sites where civilians become the targets.  Moscow’s bombing campaign on territories not linked to the Islamic State must be stopped.  Continued targeting of humanitarian centers and civilians areas is a gross violation of international law and can no longer be tolerated.”
